• Previous experience in test Triage
• Strong SQL skills
• Telecomm experience preferred
• Issue management tool – Jira preferred
• Issue management – tracking and reporting
• Splunk experience – preferred but not mandatory
• Cassandra experience – preferred but not mandatory
• Analytical thinking and Problem solving
• Experience working with a customer (customer facing)
• Strong in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Organized
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Focus on quality
• Proactive communication
• Quick learner –both software and process
