Description
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Equivalent work experience and a strong design portfolio will also be considered.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered design principles, and a variety of digital design projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and information architecture.
Experience conducting user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and translating findings into design solutions.
Experience in one or more relevant front-end frameworks(e.g. React, Angular, Node, jQuery) and MVC frameworks (e.g. Spring, Rails, Struts) ·
Experience in HTML, CSS
Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, and HTML document architecture ·
Experience in designing solutions and delivering features in agile environment ·
Experience working in Linux environments ·
Any experience working on both the backend and front end would be an added advantage.
