Description
5+ years of experience with UKG WFM Pro, APIs, and deploying UKG DX clocks
Expertise in legacy system documentation and mainframe modernization projects
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong experience with requirements management tools like JIRA
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of UKG WFM modules including Time, Accruals, Attendance, and Company Managed Leave
- Implement and deploy UKG APIs, integrating with Oracle Fusion
- Facilitate testing, requirements gathering, and end-to-end process management
- Work as an advocate for UKG best practices across the organization
- Manage risk analysis and solution optimization during the migration from Kronos iSeries to UKG WFM Pro
