Description
• MUST HAVE FLAWLESS ENGLISH AND TRUE ENTERPISE EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years in UX Design and Development, with at least 3 years as a UX Architect
• 8+ years conducting user research and discovery activities, including user interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
• 8+ years creating and maintaining user journeys, personas, and information architecture maps to align product decisions with audience needs.
• 5+ years leading design-thinking workshops to collaboratively ideate and align stakeholders on user-centered solutions.
• 8+ years designing and executing usability testing, A/B testing, and other experimentation methods to iterate and improve digital experiences.
• 5+ years working with UX tools such as Axure, Figma, Confluence, JIRA, Mural, and Adobe Analytics.
• 7+ years collaborating in agile environments with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UI Developers, and Content Strategists, to establish audience-led design decisions.
• 8+ years ensuring designs meet usability, accessibility, and brand consistency standards.
