Must have a portfolio showcasing journey mapping and complex project experience
Experience working with enterprise companies
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with high-level business stakeholders
Preferred experience in the Oil and Gas industry
Responsibilities
- BS, MS, or PhD in Anthropology, Psychology, Human Factors, Information Science, or a similar field
- Proven experience leading qualitative and mixed-methods research projects
- Knowledge and interest in various UX research methodologies, such as user interviews, work shadows, focus groups, and usability tests
- Work samples demonstrating your research process, methods, and ability to convey findings clearly
- Ability to work onsite at the Spring, TX campus almost all of the time
