Design Develop and Refine Excel-Based Calculators: Develop new Excel-based pricing calculators incorporating VBA macros to automate complex pricing calculations. Regularly evaluate and enhance existing calculators for optimal functionality efficiency and user experience. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Design execute and document UAT test scripts. Liaise with users to capture feedback identify defects and make iterative improvements.Description

Responsibilities
- Deployment and Go-Live Support:
- Oversee the transition of pricing calculators from development to production, ensuring minimal disruption during deployment.
- Provide immediate technical support during the cutover phase and after go-live, addressing issues swiftly for successful implementation.
- Documentation and Technical Writing:
- Create and update detailed technical guides outlining the architectural functioning, logic, and maintenance protocols of calculators.
- Develop informative user guides and reference materials to assist end-users.
- Regularly review and update documentation to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
- Conceptual Understanding of Pricing Models: Collaborate with the business teams to understand detailed pricing requirements and reflect them technically within the calculators.
- Collaboration and Meeting Facilitation: Actively interact with stakeholders to understand their needs, present updates, and receive feedback. Document meeting outcomes and actions, and ensure follow-ups are managed effectively.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Excel:
- Experience working with advanced Excel functions, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA macro programming is essential.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining advanced pricing models within Excel.
- Documentation Skills:
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
- Experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive user and technical guides.
- Good to have knowledge on related Tools and Applications:
- Office Scripts.
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
- User-level knowledge of Jira
- Familiarity with Pricing Models (Preferred, but not Mandatory): Understanding of various pricing methods (Time & Material, Fixed Fee, etc.) and the ability to align them with technical implementations.
- Problem Solving: Strong logical and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot issues and optimize calculator performance.
- Education: Educational Background: A Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related field is preferred. A professional certification in a relevant field would be an advantage
