1. Supporting web server and application server including WebLogic JBoss and Apache/Tomcat. 2. Scripting (Shell/Python/Perl) 3. Strong knowledge and working experience in Incident Management Change Management Problem Management and other aspects of ITIL.Description
• Experience in installing and supporting web server and application server including WebLogic, JBoss and Apache/Tomcat.
• Good problem solving skills, analytical, verbal and written communication skills and an ability to deliver in high pressure situations
• Experience in handling real time production issues.
• Ability to work well as part of a team to resolve issues quickly and deliver against established deadline
• Must be independent and creative in approach to problems/issues and proactive.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize a demanding and varied workload.
• Demonstrated ability to keep up with an ever-changing technical environment.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and other aspects of ITIL.
• Willing to work in shifts/Weekends on rotation based on the work assignments.
• Having Shell/Perl/Python Scripting experience will be a plus
• Drive continuous improvement and lead deep dive Problem Management engagements.
• Identification and fixing of weak points in existing infrastructure
