Legally authorized to work in the United States 5 years’ experience with Windows/Unix operating systems – Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022 with direct experience in diagnostics troubleshooting and problem solving for hardware software and OS. Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Understanding of Active Directory Group Policy and Client Understand and able to utilize scripting technologies such as PowerShell Python Bash/Korn and any other scripting languages. Experience with AWS/Azure/VMware Cloud platforms Experience with monitoring tools and requirements for servers. Basic knowledge of network theory design and architecture Familiarity of one automation tools such as Ansible Chef VMware Aria Runbooks ServiceNow etc. Good interpersonal and communication skills High School Diploma/GEDDescription
Installing, configuring, and maintaining the operating system and hardware on Windows based servers.
Maintaining and sustaining a highly automated server OS patching processes.
Participating in follow the Sun support for global infrastructure servers.
Developing and promoting standard operating procedures.
Conducting audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
Being available to perform tasks outside normal business hours and on weekends as well as being on call for at least one week every other month.
Understanding of Active Directory, Centrify, OKTA, or authentication technologies.
Maintain patch compliance requirements of Phillips 66 internal change management system.
Setup, configuration, and problem diagnostics of server hardware including RAID, mirrored disks, and SAN/NetApp.
Conducting audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
Being available to perform tasks outside normal business hours and on weekends as well as participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or other IT/IS related major
