We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Application Support and Windows Administration Specialist.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional application support to our internal stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation and
optimal performance of our software applications. Additionally, you will assist with Windows administration tasks to maintain the reliability and security of
our systems.
Responsibilities
- · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- · Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- · Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- · Familiarity with incident management, and change management processes.
- · Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- · Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- · Detail oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- · Professional certifications in application support or Windows administration (e.g., MCSE) and SQL Server are a plus.
