OS software development/Debugging/creation experience
Windows Systems knowledge such as file system, networking, power/performance, etc.
Ability to diagnose, debug, and trouble shoot basic Windows Systems
Ability to debug through kernel and user mode systems, understanding crash analysis and performance analysis
Can read and understand system level Windows code
