Partner with the Product team to define implementation plans based on best practices for HighJump software architecture Configure HighJump WMS to achieve business needs Maintain and develop Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures Evaluate and ensure that application and processes are positioned for scalability Validate processes meet process design requests Develop testing approach for bug-free deployments of new features Build reports and dashboards via HighJump Pulse Document technical decisions and business processes Debug and troubleshoot existing HighJump configuration Provide support to end users when they encounter system issues Escalate issues to HighJump support as needed Administer the Highjump environment Troubleshoot and resolve system performance problems. Monitor systems for efficiencies and improvements.Description
4+ years’ experience working with SQL databases
4+ years’ experience working in High Availability environments.
4+ years’ work experience in complex systems design, programming, and systems software, and support
Familiar with distribution business processes such as receiving, shipping, cycle counting, inventory adjustments, etc.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities; keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with project leads, developers, and other team members.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
