Client is looking for a Workday Analyst to join their HRIS team in Union Beach NJ! They are looking to add this new person to the team to help with their companywide transition from SAP to Workday. They have a Workday implementation phase right now and the goal is for Workday to go live in June of 2024. There is more than 200+ integrations in SAP that need to be translated into the workday environment. This person will be reporting into the Workday compensation/ Security Manager and will be part of a team of seven. The perfect candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of HR concepts and be hands on technically within Workday. They would need to provide support understanding requirements into configurations implementations and testing.Description
7+ years of experience with Workday
Strong Integration experience and large scale global implementation experience
2-3 years of experience with Implementation
Strong background with Recruiting, Security, Compensation, and Core HCM modules
Experience with testing, configuring tables and processes
