Support functions through changes to existing 50+ integrations for applications. Engage in business process mapping and collaborate with Finance HR & the enterprise to document future state processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assist Workday implementation with securing requirements using their requirements gathering method and processes. Perform analysis to determine impacts on systems with the transition to Workday. Assist project team & implementation partner with the elicitation of requirements and documentation of use cases. Coordinate activities between cross-functional teams internal & external stakeholders and vendors. Write test cases. Execute test cases. Manage test cases and defects through a defect management process.Description
The Sr. Business Analyst will play an important role for implementation of the Workday ERP system. This position is part of the implementation team within Wright to replace the existing ERP eCMS. eCMS has been in production for 40 year and has been highly customized.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst working with Workday is a must.
- Smartsheet experience is a must.
- Ability to hit the ground running is a must.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to work in traditional waterfall project.
- 10+ years of business analysis experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-level projects.
- Advanced knowledge of business process improvement.
- Experience working on diverse, cross-functional teams – leading the elicitation of business requirements and needs, analyzing information skillfully, and developing solutions, and making recommendations to solve complex business problems.
- Excellent communication skills, including group presentation and facilitation.
- Ability to employ active listening and be clear and positive during consensus building.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Expert with Office 365 tooling, MS Teams, Visio.
- Experience developing, implementing, supporting, and/or managing large, complex operational systems within the Finance and/or Human functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot highly complex problems with larger ERP systems.
- Change Management (mindsets & behaviors) experience and understanding.
