Description

Provides general support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations
Simple to complex configuration of Workday modules
Responsible for overall data integrity, with generic data QC and validation of business requests
Transactional record upkeep and updates
Daily reporting/status updates (resource starts/ends, data entry accuracy/errors)
Collaborate with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc.
Provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of Otsuka processes/technology
Support as requested initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentations
Actively participates in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested

• Must have a high level of integrity and able to maintain confidential information
• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and quality conscious
• Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to develop into an HRIS subject matter expert to recommend and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance
• Must have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team that is fast-paced, ever-changing high priority environment
• Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams
• Strong Microsoft office 365 skills specially MS PowerPoint and Excel ie. Vlookups, Pivots, etc.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to write system related documentation and job aids
