Epiq is looking for a highly skilled Workday HR Integration Developer to join the team. This role will involve mentoring and upskilling another team member, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster growth and expertise within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining both inbound and outbound integrations within the Workday HCM module using Workday Studio. Proficiency in connector integrations, advanced XSLT, and securing integrations is essential.
Responsibilities
- • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in building and editing integrations using Workday Studio.
- • Strong expertise in developing and implementing connector integrations.
- • Expertise in writing advanced XSLT, including ETV and XTT elements.
- • Experience in securing integrations, including PGP encryption, to ensure data protection.
- • Proven ability to mentor and train others, fostering growth and expertise.
- • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- • Ability to work collaboratively.
