6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HRIS analyst supporting HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Dev, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and business process configuration.
6+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday.
5 years of experience in Human Resources with strong knowledge of the functional areas of Human Resources
HCM Module experience - Human Capital Management experience.
Must understand HR i.e. the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, etc.
Experience working in a mid-sized/large company.
Strong understanding of integration principles.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
