Workday Learning Testing resource

Description

Assists in the development and testing of Learning Management System (LMS) content created internally

and by third-party providers

• Performs technical and quality control testing of e-learning courses and assets to ensure that they

unction as designed within Lowe’s LMS and technical infrastructure

• Conducts usability and technical tests of application features and prototypes

• Manages multimedia content libraries used in the production process

• Experience working on enterprise-scale LMS projects with tight timelines

• Experience with LMS administration and configuration (SuccessFactors or Workday) to set up and

troubleshoot technical course issues

• Familiarity with Instructional Design best-practices

• Familiarity with IT processes involved in LMS integrations

• Intermediate Excel skills
