Description

States Workday implementation project seeks 2 skilled Business analysts to contribute their expertise to our project team. As a Business Analyst, you will be crucial in diagnosing data issues, recommending solutions, and collaborating closely on data conversion rule validation related to a complex ERP implementation. Additionally, you’ll be instrumental in other various project activities such as additional business analysis, documentation, and performing some testing related to data or integrations. As a critical contributor to the State of Maine Workday implementation, you must establish high-quality standards and lead by example.

Top 3 Skills:

Workday Prism HCM and /or Payroll Expert with Excel – V Look-Ups Ability to synthesize multiple sources of data/information and compile into a cohesive presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data structures, identify data discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts related to ERP systems, such as database structures
  • Expert with Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, concatenations, etc.)

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences
  • Ability to influence others
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations at all levels of the organization
